Terms of Service

1. About U-Dash

U-Dash (the “Service”) is an independent, third-party web dashboard at udash.xyz for users of Unity Network. U-Dash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Unity Network Tech Limited, Unity Network Limited (Hong Kong), or any related entity (together, “Unity”).

U-Dash is operated by an independent individual developer (“we”, “us”, “our”) based in Spain. It is a small, best-effort project. The Service offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions (see section 4).

The Service reads and displays your Unity account data via Unity's public-facing API, using credentials you provide by signing a message with your Web3 wallet. U-Dash does not host your funds, take custody of your wallet, or transact on your behalf outside of actions you explicitly authorise. You can reach us at support@udash.xyz.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that your use of the Service does not breach any law or any agreement you have with Unity or any other party.

3. Your Unity account and data

You remain solely responsible for your Unity account, your wallet, and your compliance with Unity's own Terms & Conditions and any related policies. Using U-Dash does not modify, replace, or override your relationship with Unity.

By signing in with your wallet you authorise U-Dash to call Unity's API on your behalf and to display the data returned. You may revoke that authorisation at any time by signing out and clearing your sessions from your browser.

4. Subscriptions and pricing

The Service has a Free tier and paid Pro and Pro+ subscriptions. Subscriptions are per wallet: each wallet subscribes separately, and paid benefits apply only to the wallet that paid.

Current prices and billing periods (monthly or annual) are shown at checkout on the Upgrade page. Introductory pricing applies until 31 December 2026; standard prices apply afterwards. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any change to a recurring price, and any change takes effect from your next renewal — never mid-period. Prices are shown exclusive of any taxes; you are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

5. Payments and renewals

Payments are made in USDC (a stablecoin) on the Ethereum or Base networks and are processed by our payment processor, MoonPay Commerce (Helio). We never receive or store your wallet credentials, private keys, or card details.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. There is no recurring charge to your wallet. To continue past your current period you must make a new payment (“manual renewal”); we and the processor send reminders near your renewal date.

Each payment grants one period (one month or one year) of the selected plan, starting on the date of payment. If you change plans or renew early, unused time on your previous plan is not carried over, credited, or refunded. If you do not renew, paid features become read-only at the end of your paid period and your wallet returns to the Free tier; your data is retained.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided to you (i.e. once paid access has been granted).

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including for unused time. Crypto payments are settled on-chain and are final. Nothing in this section removes or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

7. Complimentary access

We may grant complimentary (“comp”) access to the paid tiers at our discretion (for example to contributors or early supporters). Comp access confers no payment-based rights, is not a purchased subscription, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

8. No warranty and availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. A paid subscription does not entitle you to any guaranteed uptime or service level — the Service is provided on a best-effort basis and there is no SLA. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or available at any particular time. Data shown by the Service depends on Unity's API and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect at any time and without notice.

Nothing displayed by the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on data shown in U-Dash are your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will U-Dash or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U-Dash and its operator from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your breach of Unity's terms, or your misuse of the Service. This does not apply to the extent a loss results from our own breach or negligence, or where such an indemnity is not permitted by law.

12. Changes, pricing changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice; a price change takes effect at your next renewal, and you are free not to renew. Because subscriptions do not auto-renew, you are never charged again without making a new payment.

We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when published at this URL, except that changes will not retroactively reduce what you have already paid for in a current paid period. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Unity's API, wallet providers (such as Reown AppKit and your chosen wallet extension), our payment processor MoonPay Commerce (Helio), and our hosting provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
